Our Kokua Guarantee ~ If you're not satisfied with your Lani's for any reason please send them back to us at our address below or feel free to email us with your concerns and we'll be happy to help. We honor a 60 day return policy, just return your Lani's in their original condition with receipt for a full refund. We also honor a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects, just return them to us with receipt and a brief explanation of what's wrong and we'll fix or replace them for you.

Lifetime Lens Exchange Promise ~ Since we do not want your lenses to end up on the beach we honor a lifetime exchange promise on all Lani Shades lenses. If at anytime your lenses get scratched, just send your Lani's back to us with receipt or proof of purchase and we'll either replace the lenses or give you a 25% discount off your next pair of Lani's. Your kokua will help and we'll do something with those old lenses and make sure they don't end up as fish food. Mahalo!
